Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a Family and General Practitioners to work at a facility in Malone, NY. These are registry positions with our company. *$100 Sign-On Bonus*



Pay Rate: $230 / hour

Shift Details:

• Monday-Friday / Day Shift

Job Descriptions:

Coverage needed to maintain current level of care for Incarcerated individuals with chronic illnesses, as well as handicapped incarcerated individuals. This Facility also has an 18 bed infirmary that services incarcerated individuals from another Facility. Assistance also needed to maintain required level of care for MAT and chronic pain patients.
