Licensed Clinical Social Worker – Plainsboro,NJ

Local Pay: $50.85/hour

Travel Package:

Travel Rate (based on 40 hours): Hrly $20.74 Stipend (Lodging $861.00 + M&I $560.00) = $1,421.00

Total Comp :$2,250.60

Travel Eligibility: Candidates must live at least 50+ miles from the facility to qualify for Travel Pay.

Shift Details:

8:00AM-4:30PM M-F with rotation of weekends (when covering a weekend day, you would have a day off during the week)

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Duties & Responsibilities:

Conducts psychosocial assessments and provides individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, and other clinical social work services.

Develops and implements individualized treatment plans based on patients’ mental health and psychosocial needs.

Collaborates with healthcare professionals and community resources to coordinate care, referrals, and support services.

Maintains accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory requirements.

Performs other duties within the scope of licensure as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

Current, valid, and unrestricted NJ license/certification in good standing, as required for the position

1+ years of experience in an acute or post-acute setting.

Acute hospital experience required on Medsurg and ED units.

American Heart Association BLS, for Heath Care Providers

Licensed master social worker (LMSW or LCSW).

Additional certifications may be required.

Copy of current, completed Primary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.

Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., .BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test, or other client-specific requirements)
