Job Description

Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a RN-Critical Care to work at a Facility in Los Angeles, CA. These are registry positions with our company.



Pay Rate: $68 / hour

*W2



Shift Details:

• 12 hrs


• Minimum of 2 shifts per week or as needed


• Days, Nights Weekends and Holidays

Nursing Specialty Recent Experience:

• Level 1 Trauma Critical Care (Required)

Duties:

• Monitor critically ill patients and respond quickly to changes in condition


• Manage life-support equipment such as ventilators and feeding tubes


• Administer medications and IV drips accurately and on schedule


• Perform frequent, detailed assessments and document findings clearly


• Work closely with doctors and the care team to plan and adjust treatment


• Provide emotional support to patients and their families during stressful times


• Follow strict infection control and patient safety procedures


• Handle emergency situations like cardiac arrest with calm and skill


• Educate patients and families about care, procedures, and recovery


• Keep accurate records in electronic medical systems

The requirements are:

• At least one year (12 months) of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN).


• A valid and current RN license issued by the State of CA


• A valid and current CPR card (American Heart Association)


• Proficiency in the English language is necessary for communication with other staff and patients. RN must be able to communicate effectively in oral and written English.


• MAB (Management of Assaultive Behavior)


• Fire Card
