Healthcare Professionals submitted to HWS Managed Clients are able, per the service
agreement, to accept a permanent position with contracted facility at no additional fee and
without legal reservation after completing 520 hours, 13-week contract with a Client
Affiliate or the expiration of (six) 6 months past the date of the last shift worked, whichever
may come first. Client and Vendor has the right to cancel any placement at any time with a
2-weeks’ notice, pre-start, without fee. Client and Vendor cancelations without 2-weeks’
notice will result in cancelation fee pre-start. If vendor cancels post-start, this will result in a
termination fee. Client can cancel without notice or fee only with documented performance
concerns.

*Per Subcontractor Staffing Agreement, Travel and Local candidates may be required to float to sister facilities within 25 miles of contracted facility, as needed.
