Registered Nurse (RN) –Wailuku,HI


Local Pay : $ 56.47 / hour


Travel Package:


Travel Rate (based on 40 hours): Hourly $20.11 Stipend (Lodging $1,022.00 + M&I $665.00) = $1,687.00


Total Comp: $2,491.40


Travel Eligibility: Candidates must live at least 50+ miles from the facility to qualify for Travel Pay.

Nursing Specialty: RN Case Manager


RN – Case Manager Duties & Responsibilities:




  • Coordinate and manage patient care plans to support quality outcomes and continuity of care.




  • Assess patients' needs and develop individualized care plans based on clinical conditions and available resources.




  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.




  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, healthcare providers, patients, and families to coordinate appropriate services.




  • Monitor utilization of healthcare services and help ensure appropriate and cost-effective care.




  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, care plans, interventions, and patient outcomes.




  • Identify potential barriers to care and assist patients in accessing appropriate resources and services.




  • Communicate patient status and care needs effectively with the healthcare team.




  • Ensure patient care activities are performed in accordance with applicable policies, procedures, and professional standards.




  • Perform other related duties as assigned.




Minimum Qualifications 




  • Active HI State Registered Nurse License




  • Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing




  • Minimum of one (1) year related work experience within the last 3 years




  •  Valid BLS / ACLS Certification  




  • Additional certifications may be required




  • Copy of current, completed Primary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.




  • Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., .BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test, or other client-specific requirements).
