Job Description
Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to work at a facility in Elmira, NY. These are registry positions with our company.
Pay Rate: $50 - $55 / hour
Estimated Staffing Need:
- 25 to 30 LPNs
Preferred Experience:
- Long Term Care (LTC)
- Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
- Nursing Home Experience
- Long term care experience is preferred
Minimum Candidate Requirements:
LPN
Active New York State LPN License
Current CPR/BLS Certification
LTC/SNF experience preferred
Medication administration and resident care experience

Assignment Details:
- 8-hour shifts
- Day Shift: 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM
- Evening Shift: 2:45 PM – 11:15 PM
- Night Shift: 10:45 PM – 7:15 AM
- Assignments typically range from 6 to 32 weeks
- Weekend, holiday, and off-shift availability may be required
