Direct Care Staff

Job Description

Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a Direct Care Staff to work at a Facility in Roswell, NM. These are registry positions with our company.



Pay Rate: $25 / hour



Shift Details:

• 6a-6:30 pm


• 6p-6:30 am

Duties:

• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)


• Help with meal preparation and feeding


• Administer medication (if trained and required)


• Support individuals in community activities and appointments


• Maintain a clean and safe living environment


• Monitor and document behavior and progress


• Provide companionship and emotional support

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least one year (12 months) of experience as a Direct Care Staff


• A valid and current license issued within the US


• A valid and current CPR card (American Heart Association)


• Proficiency in the English language is necessary for communication with other staff and patients.


• (can be a C.N.A, sitter, Psychiatric Tech) does not need to be certified but must have patient care experience.
