Job Description

Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a Certified Nurse Assistant to work at a hospital in Terra Alta , West Virginia. These are registry positions with our company.



Pay Rate: $24 / hour

*W2

Shifts Available:

• Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekend shifts, able to work 12 hour shifts and willing to be mandated to meet the needs for the facility

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Certified Nurse Assistant


• Ability to build rapport with patients


• Compassionate and caring demeanor


• Familiarity with medical terminology


• The candidate must have an active status with current Licensure with no actions against license, have CPR and First Aid certification from the American Heart Association.


• Must have up to date credentials in the state of WV


• Prefer the individuals to have LTC knowledge and experience.

Responsibilities:

• Provide patient care under direction of nursing staff


• Administer prescribed medications to patients


• Sterilize and prepare medical tools and equipment


• Assist in the transport of patients


• Provide companionship and basic care to patients


• Maintain a clean and healthy environment
