Shift Details:

  9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

  
  

Auditor Duties & Responsibilities:

• 
  

  Review medical claims according to established procedures

  
  


• 
  

  Escalate complex claims and issues to appropriate staff

  
  


• 
  

  Answer and route phone calls as needed

  
  


• 
  

  Educate providers on billing processes and available resources

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain databases and tracking systems

  
  


• 
  

  Perform accurate data entry

  
  


• 
  

  Utilize multiple databases and systems

  
  


• 
  

  File and maintain documents and records

  
  


• 
  

  Fax, scan, and copy documents as needed

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor shared mailbox emails and route messages appropriately

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain a professional and positive demeanor

  
  


• 
  

  Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned

  
  

Minimum Qualifications:

• 
  

  High School Graduate or Equivalent

  
  


• 
  

  Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel

  
  


• 
  

  Proficient in the use of standard office technology

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to be flexible, innovative, and work effectively in a team environment

  
  


• 
  

  Previous claims experience preferred but not required 

  
  


• 
  

  Additional certifications may be required.
