Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a Registered Nurse to work at a facility in Portage , WI These are registry positions with our company.



36hrs Travel Package

Weekly Gross Pay = $1116

Local Hourly Rate (Taxable) = $31

Weekly Travel Stipend Non-Taxed- goes to the net pay = $1232 (Hotel-756 Meals-476)



Total Weekly ($1232 is not taxed)= $2348

Feels like per hour = $65.22

$2348 div 36 hours = $65.22



Shift Details :

• Class: RN Shift: 3 Start: 18:00:00 End: 06:30:00

The requirements are:

• At least one year (12 months) of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN).


• A valid and current RN license issued by the State of Wisconsin


• A valid and current CPR card (American Heart Association) or Red Cross


• Proficiency in the English language is necessary for communication with other staff and patients. RN must be able to communicate effectively in oral and written English.


• Psych or Corrections Experience is required


• Qualified for travel rate if permanent residence is 50+ miles away

Job Responsibilities:

• Provides general nursing care to patients.


• Administers prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques.


• Prepares equipment and aids physician during treatments and examinations of patients.


• Observes patient, records significant conditions and reactions, and notifies supervisor or physician of patient's condition and reaction to drugs, treatments, and significant incidents.


• Takes temperature, pulse, blood pressure, and other vital signs to detect deviations from normal and assess condition of patient.


• May make beds, bathe, and feed patients.


• May serve as leader for group of personnel rendering nursing care to number of patients.


• Additional RN duties given by Supervisor.
