Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a Social Worker to work at a facility in Romulus, NY. These are registry positions with our company. *$100 Sign-On Bonus*



Pay Rate: $42 / hour

*W2



Shift details:

• M-F, 8am - 4pm

Job Descriptions:

• Contract staff would mainly be working weekdays and assisting in providing therapeutic services to patients in a primary therapist role to include individual therapy and the completion of mental health assessments and documentation (Core History, Suicide Assessments/risk assessments, Weekly/Monthly Progress Notes, Treatment Plans, Discharge Plans), according to policy and procedure. Group facilitation will also be part of the expectations.

Qualifications:

• Possession of a license and current registartion as a Licensed Master Social Worker(LMSW) in New York is required
