Registered Nurse (RN) –Middleburg Heights,OH

Local Pay : $57.89/hour

Travel Package:

Travel Rate (based on 36 hours): Hourly $30.84, Stipend (Lodging $987.00 + M&I $427.00) = $1,414.00,

Total Comp: $2,524.24

Travel Eligibility: Candidates must live at least 50+ miles from the facility to qualify for Travel Pay.

Shift Details:

Straight Nights 7P-7A, EOW, every other Holiday

Nursing Specialty: Medical Surgical RN

Med-Surg RN Duties & Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to adult patients with a variety of medical and surgical conditions.

Assess patient conditions, monitor vital signs, and identify changes that require immediate attention.

Administer medications, IV fluids, treatments, and other therapies as ordered by physicians.

Assist with procedures, wound care, pain management, mobility, and activities of daily living.

Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.

Educate patients and families on medications, treatment plans, and ongoing care needs.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Nursing or Associate of Science in Nursing

Current RN license in State of OH or Multistate License

Active BLS Certification

Minimum of one (1) year related experience within the last 3 years.

Travel experience required

Additional certifications may be required.

Copy of current, completed Primary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.

Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., .BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test, or other client-specific requirements).
