Job Description

Health Advocates Network is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to work at a facility in Chino , California. This is a registry position with our company.



40hrs Travel Package

Weekly Gross Pay = $1240

Local Hourly Rate (Taxable) = $31

Weekly Travel Stipend Non-Taxed- goes to the net pay = $1463 (Hotel-861 Meals-602)



Total Weekly ($1463 is not taxed)= $2703

Feels like per hour = $67.58

$2703 div 40 hours = $67.58



Job Details:

• Area: Mental Health STRT Class: LCSW Shift: 1 Start: 07:00:00 End: 15:30:00

Job Duties:

• Periodically serves as clinician-of-the-day by being available for on-call during scheduled workdays for patient emergencies


• Conducts initial mental health evaluations to assess patient's current needs and make treatment recommendations in the initial evaluation


• Conducts clinically sound risk evaluations including clinical review, applying risk assessment protocols, pertinent data/chart reviews, proper documentation and consultations as needed


• Meets with mentally ill patients for crisis intervention, group psychotherapy and face-to-face interviews, etc.


• Identifies the relevant signs and symptoms of psychiatric disorders in order to comprehensively assess, diagnose and manage the presenting symptoms


• Writes clinical reports regarding diagnoses and prognoses and develops treatment plans that reflect the standard of practice

Minimum Qualifications:

• (1) year of working experience within the last 36 months (3yrs) as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)


• Up to date Licensed Clinical Social Worker license in the state of CA


• Valid CPR card issued by the American Heart Association


• Qualified for travel rate if permanent residence is 50+ miles away
