Job Description

Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a Mental Health Profession to work at a facility in Deming, NM . These are registry positions with our company. It can be LCSW or LMSW or LPC or LMHC.



Pay Rate: $53 / hour



Assignment dates: 6/2/25 thru 9/5/25



Job Responsibilities:

• Assessing patients' mental health through interviews and tests.


• Developing treatment plans based on patients' needs.


• Providing individual or group therapy sessions.


• Offering support for managing stress, anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns.


• Keeping detailed records of treatment progress and outcomes.


• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals when needed.


• Maintaining confidentiality and following ethical guidelines.

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least one year (12 months) of experience as a Mental Health Profession


• Must be licensed in the state of NM


• Experience in providing therapy and counseling services.


• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.


• Knowledge of mental health diagnostic tools and therapeutic interventions.


• Ability to maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.
