Travel Weekday 


Total Hourly Rate:  $27.23.00


Total Gross Pay based on 36 hours: $ 980.28


Travel Stipend Lodging: $ 510.00


Travel Stipend M&I: $ 200.00


Total Weekly Travel Stipend: $ 710.00


Total Travel Compensation: $ 1,690.28

Shift Details:




  • Various shifts 




Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Duties & Responsibilities:




  • Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or physician.




  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.




  • Monitor and record patients' vital signs and report changes in condition.




  • Assist with patient assessments and implement individualized care plans.




  • Perform wound care, specimen collection, and other basic nursing procedures.




  • Document patient care accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR).




  • Educate patients and families on health maintenance and treatment plans.




  • Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers.




  • Maintain a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment for patients.




  • Follow facility policies, infection control protocols, and regulatory standards.




Minimum Qualifications 




  • Current, valid, and unrestricted GA license/certification in good standing, as required for the position.




  • Minimum of _1_year of recent experience as a LPN.




  • Copy of current, completed Primary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.




  • Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents
