Job Description

Health Advocates Network is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to work at a Facility in  Escondido?, CA. This is a registry position with our company.



Pay Rate: $68 / hour



Shift Details:

• ?Class: BCBA - IDD - CA Shift: 1 Start: 08:30:00 End: 17:00:00

Duties:

• Conduct behavioral assessments and create individualized behavior intervention plans.


• Work closely with clients, families, and team members to set goals.


• Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).


• Monitor client progress and adjust plans as needed.


• Maintain accurate documentation and reports.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-year previous working experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst


• Ability to build rapport with patients


• Compassionate and caring demeanor


• Familiarity with medical terminology


• CPR card issued by the American Heart Association


• Must have up to date certification in the state of CA
